Terms & Conditions

To ensure clarity and peace of mind, please review the terms and conditions for your retreat booking. 

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to these details regarding what is included in your package, what is not included, and our cancellation policy. 

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and must cover medical, trip cancellation, and baggage. Please read carefully so you feel fully informed and confident before securing your space.

What’s Included

  • 6 nights accommodation at Arnbeg Farmstay
  • 3 sessions of Yin yoga, breathwork, and meditation  
  • Daily breakfast

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are fully refundable up until September 30, 2025, less a £50 administration fee. Any cancellation made between: September 30, 2025 and February 3, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: February 4th, 2026 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

Deposit
A minimum of £500 (non-refundable after Sept 30, 2025) is required to secure your space.
