Cancellation Policy
The following outlines our cancellation policy.
A £375 deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your place on the retreat.
Deposits are refundable up to 180 days prior to departure (March 18, 2026), less a £50 administrative fee.
Within 180 days of departure, deposits become 100% non-refundable.
The following cancellation terms apply to all payments made:
- Any cancellation made between March 18, 2026 and June 16, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the total trip price.
- Any cancellation made between June 17, 2026 and the departure date will result in a total loss of all funds paid.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum participation requirements are not met. In this event, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended whenever making travel plans. You may choose any provider; however, Travel Guard Insurance is suggested and offers several policy options available online.
