When Was the Last Time You Felt Truly Energized?

You’ve been pushing forward for so long that slowing down feels unfamiliar, maybe even uncomfortable.
You’re successful, capable, and relied on. But lately, even the smallest decisions feel heavy. The spark that once drove you? It’s dimmed under the weight of responsibility.

If you’re feeling depleted, disconnected, or quietly asking yourself “Is this sustainable?”, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

This 7-day retreat is designed to help you step away from the constant demands and recalibrate – mentally, physically, and emotionally. Set in the peaceful Scottish countryside, it’s a chance to reflect, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Creativity & Culinary Exploration

Start the day with a revitalizing yoga session, complete with breathwork, yin yoga, and an extended relaxation practice to release tension and deepen your sense of calm. Following a hearty brunch, join a writing and journaling workshop where you’ll explore creative expression and self-reflection, capturing your thoughts, goals, and personal revelations on paper. In the evening, dive into a hands-on cooking class led by our private chef. Together, you’ll prepare a beautiful meal, which we’ll then enjoy together, celebrating creativity, connection, and nourishment.

Day 5

Nature Hike & Afternoon Tea

After a light breakfast, we’ll venture to a place nearby for a hike out in nature followed by a relaxing lunch. Our final day begins with a serene morning of yoga, breathwork, and meditation, allowing you to reflect on the insights and transformations you’ve experienced throughout the week. A closing brunch will follow, and we’ll then gather for a heartfelt closing ceremony to honor the breakthroughs, connections, and personal growth cultivated during our time together. In the evening, we’ll celebrate with a farewell dinner crafted by our private chef, featuring a flexitarian menu to honor the journey and the lasting bonds formed over the week.
